document.write( "              failing your diet goals in spite of the promises and trendy weight-loss \n" );
document.write( "              tips offered by the Atkins and South Beach methods, it&#8217;s time \n" );
document.write( "              to evaluate your attitude toward the challenge. Overcome your failure \n" );
document.write( "              complex and self-sabotage by developing the positive consistency \n" );
document.write( "              you need to succeed. </em></p>\n" );
document.write( "            <p>A review of success and failure \n" );
document.write( "              reveals startling culprits; one of them is consistency&#8212;a leading \n" );
document.write( "              cause of failure in business and other areas of life is consistency. \n" );
document.write( "              You may think you want to succeed but another part of you believes \n" );
document.write( "              more consistently in failure&#8212;a form of self-sabotage. If you \n" );
document.write( "              want change, you have to apply the same principles that pertain \n" );
document.write( "              to that goal&#8212;consistently. If you want your blood cholesterol \n" );
document.write( "              levels to maintain their same high levels, keep eating cheeseburgers \n" );
document.write( "              or something equally as deadly. In this manner, you will have demonstrated \n" );
document.write( "              a consistency for success at raising your cholesterol levels. You \n" );
document.write( "              can&#8217;t begin with a positive goal, apply successful principles \n" );
document.write( "              to achieve the goal, then drop your focus and expect positive results. \n" );
document.write( "              Consistency is the key to the success, including your success at \n" );
document.write( "              failing anything you attempt to accomplish. Let&#8217;s take a look \n" );
document.write( "              at what you want to change and relate it to this idea.</p>\n" );
document.write( "            <p> You&#8217;re overweight and you \n" );
document.write( "              want to change. You pick a diet out of the plethora available: South \n" );
document.write( "              Beach, Atkins, etc., and for four days you do well, then suddenly \n" );
document.write( "              you change lanes&#8212;you convince yourself one Milk Dud won&#8217;t \n" );
document.write( "              hurt and wind up eating a whole box. Now you view the diet as ruined, \n" );
document.write( "              and you feel like you might as well eat what you want for the rest \n" );
document.write( "              of that day and start the diet fresh the next. The next day isn&#8217;t \n" );
document.write( "              any better than the first and each day that follows you feel worse \n" );
document.write( "              about yourself. You succumb to various defeating attitudes: it&#8217;s \n" );
document.write( "              too hard to lose the weight... your gene pool is working against \n" );
document.write( "              you losing weight... you&#8217;ll have to starve to lose the weight...\n" );
document.write( "              you have no will power... you are worthless. You give up entirely, \n" );
document.write( "              filled with self-loathing and wait for the next surge of weight-loss \n" );
document.write( "              promises to hit the market.</p>\n" );
document.write( "            <p> Okay. Your diet didn&#8217;t succeed, \n" );
document.write( "              but you had several things working against you. Can you see what \n" );
document.write( "              they were? Obviously, a consistent focus on dietary change was absent, \n" );
document.write( "              but there was one other thing standing in the way of your success: your \n" );
document.write( "              beliefs about success. You consistently applied negative beliefs \n" );
document.write( "              about yourself, weight, and dieting, to your dieting regime and \n" );
document.write( "              Milk Dud transgression, and with that consistency, your reward was \n" );
document.write( "              failure. Take a piece of paper and fold it in half, creasing the \n" );
document.write( "              fold to create a sharp edge; now, fold it again and again until \n" );
document.write( "              it has numerous folds and creases. Open it fully, and lay it flat \n" );
document.write( "              on the table and rub your hand over all of the creases to flatten \n" );
document.write( "              it out. Did the creases disappear? No, those creases have become \n" );
document.write( "              a part of the texture of the paper; they are now part of the paper&#8217;s \n" );
document.write( "              personality. Apply this same idea to your beliefs about dieting \n" );
document.write( "              (and all other areas of your life that may need an adjustment). \n" );
document.write( "              Each crease represents a belief, supportive or self-sabotaging, \n" );
document.write( "              that has become so much a part of you, you don&#8217;t appear to \n" );
document.write( "              be able to rid yourself of the affect it is having in your life.</p>\n" );
document.write( "            <p> Here&#8217;s a weight-loss tip: \n" );
document.write( "              lasting change can occur by converting each negative and sabotaging \n" );
document.write( "              belief to one that is supportive of you and your goals. Dieting \n" );
document.write( "              is no exception. The very word \"diet\" has a negative \n" );
document.write( "              connotation to most of us. We tend to believe it isn&#8217;t going \n" );
document.write( "              to be a fun experience. How many people do you know who wake up \n" );
document.write( "              in the morning, stretch, and with a smile proclaim to the universe, \n" );
document.write( "              &quot;I&#8217;m happy and excited to be dieting today&quot;? Probably \n" );
document.write( "              not many. But you can turn your diet attempts into a weight-loss \n" );
document.write( "              success story. It is possible to choose to view the process differently, \n" );
document.write( "              to embrace the idea that you are doing something positive, just \n" );
document.write( "              for yourself. It is not only possible, but imperative that you give \n" );
document.write( "              yourself a break about your weight, your success and failure with \n" );
document.write( "              diets, and change all of the negative body image beliefs and self-talk \n" );
document.write( "              to a supportive rather than self-sabotaging script. &quot;I am \n" );
document.write( "              happy and excited that I&#8217;m eating what is supportive of my \n" );
document.write( "              body type.&quot; &quot;I accept that there are times when chocolate \n" );
document.write( "              mousse appeals to me more than salmon, and I believe if I satisfy \n" );
document.write( "              that urge occasionally, and start right back on my healthy eating \n" );
document.write( "              routine, no harm is done.&quot; &quot;I am a healthy, happy, and \n" );
document.write( "              slender human being, and I feel good about my new eating style and \n" );
document.write( "              my slender me.&quot;</p>\n" );
document.write( "            <p> Positive beliefs and self-talk, \n" );
document.write( "              applied consistently to any circumstance, will yield positive results. \n" );
document.write( "              Dare to succeed. Don&#8217;t beat yourself up for an occasional \n" );
document.write( "              choice outside of the healthy plan you are pursuing&#8212;just jump \n" );
document.write( "              back into your healthy and desired eating. Look at your old patterns, \n" );
document.write( "              based on useless beliefs you&#8217;ve carried around for a lifetime \n" );
document.write( "              that no longer serve you. Pack up all the old beliefs and get rid \n" );
document.write( "              of them! Replace those beliefs with new, supportive beliefs, while \n" );
document.write( "              you shop for the new and smaller clothing you&#8217;ll be needing \n" );
document.write( "              soon! You are as powerful and successful at everything you desire, \n" );
document.write( "              as you believe you are. Make that belief the one you live by! Apply \n" );
document.write( "              it consistently and happily, all the way to the positive outcome \n" );
document.write( "              you are sure to experience.</p>\n" );
